The singer and the personal trainer welcomed her third baby together, a source close to Cassie revealed to ABC News on Wednesday. As of now, no other details about the child are available, though the couple previously revealed that they were expecting their first boy.
Ventura’s delivery comes just two weeks after she testified in the sex-trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, whom she was in an on-and-off relationship with for more than a decade. The actress and model was called on by prosecutors as their first witness in the trial since she was eight months pregnant at the time of her testimony.
Cassie first announced her latest pregnancy on Instagram back in February, debuting her baby bump in sweet family photos. In the shots, the 38-year-old posed with Alex and their two daughters, Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 3. The mommy-to-be was all smiles while wearing unbuttoned jeans and a crisp white shirt as her hubby cradled her belly.
At the time, fans speculated in the comments that the Fines were expecting their first son since Cassie used a blue heart emoji in her caption–which turned out to be right on the money.
Ventura and Fine first went public with their relationship in December 2018, announcing their engagement less than a year later in August 2019. The happy couple wed just two weeks later during an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California. They welcomed their first daughter, Frankie, on December 6, 2019 and their second daughter, Sunny, on March 22, 2021.
