According to AP News, the snack wrap was discontinued in 2016 after reportedly being a “complicated” item for locations to prepare. For its return, the outlet adds that it will initially return with only a fried chicken option as opposed to also offering grilled chicken. Additionally, it will only return with two flavors: ranch or spicy.
X users immediately shared reactions to the news in the comment section of the tweets. Furthermore, the official account for X wrote, “crying in the drive thru.”

As The Shade Room previously reported, in October 2023, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a food safety alert. Furthermore, the alert asserted that officials in multiple states were investigating an E. coli outbreak. Initially, it was believed that the outbreak was sparked by contaminated onions used in Mickey-D’s quarter-pounder burgers.
Ultimately, the outbreak spanned at least ten states, left one person deceased, and led to the company’s USA president, Joe Erlinger, issuing a statement.
