Whew! Yung Miami has clapped back after a social media user said she’s “missing that Diddy money” in a recent reaction to photos of her red carpet look at the 2025 BET Awards.
On Monday, June 9, the official account Vibe Magazine on X, formerly known as Twitter, took to the platform to post a tweet of Yung Miami’s appearance on the red carpet. Furthermore, the magazine’s tweet of the rappers’ look garnered over 6 million views. However, among those who viewed the photo was X user @_KingArii. On Tuesday, June 10, she reposted Vibe’s tweet with her own message:
“You can tell she missing that #Diddy money. Toes hanging off her shoes, wig giving beauty supply, dress giving 1999 prom,” the user wrote.
Then, late on the evening of June 10, Yung Miami caught wind of the comment and clapped back. Peep what she said below.
Immediately, social media users hopped into The Shade Room’s comment section to share their thoughts on the X user’s comment and Yung Miami’s clapback.
Instagram user @jojanayajtoni wrote, “😂😂😂 Tfse her toe was hanging tho”
Meanwhile, Yung Miami herself stepped in to write:
“When I start trolling back it’s gone be an uproar 😮💨 leave me tf alone… And for the record I hate triangle heels because it pushes your feet forward.”
Before Yung Miami clapped back at the X user for the comment about her “missing that Diddy money,” she actually made headlines amid his trial. On Tuesday, June 10, a “Jane Doe” accuser took the stand as the prosecution’s witness in his federal trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. Furthermore, “Jane” has testified that she dated Diddy between 2021 and 2024. So far, she’s testified about allegedly being coerced into having sexual relations with male escorts amid their romance.
Notably, throughout her testimony, she shared her frustration with dating Diddy while he also dated other women. On Tuesday, June 10, she alleged that he began dating Yung Miami about six months to a year after her relationship with him began. She particularly described that their relationship was very public and his romance with her appeared as if it was monogamous — a stark contrast to her relationship with him.
“It was definitely not something that I signed up for. I didn’t sign up to date a man that was in a public relationship,” she explained in part.
