Tommie Lee is speaking out after a viral clip of her pulling up to a ‘Baddies’ set with a knife made rounds on the internet. The reality star hopped on IG Live to clear the air and set the record straight.
LiveBitez grabbed clips from her stream, where she chopped it up with fans from an airport. Folks didn’t waste time and immediately asked about her run-in with security at the ‘Baddies’ set. For context, the video shows security patting her down and telling her to take something out of her jacket. She then ends up pulling out a big knife wrapped up in paper. Tommie Lee kept it cute about why she had the blade, but reminded fans that she got injured and felt the need to protect herself.
“I don’t got time for the s**t, y’all already know I’m injured. It be too much going on, you gotta protect yourself.” Furthermore, Tommie also claimed that the knife was fake and just meant for television. “That s**t was a rubber knife, its all for the tv show… you know,” she said.
Previously, The Shade Room reported that Tommie Lee went viral after a video showed security stopping her from getting onto a ‘Baddies’ set. The production team wouldn’t let her through after security patted her down and found a knife tucked into her jacket.
Tommie didn’t hold back, going back and forth with security and eventually asking them, “How can you tell it’s a knife? Do you have X-ray vision?”
Tommie caught the whole interaction on camera and even patted herself down to prove she wasn’t packing. The former ‘LHHATL’ star kept arguing with security, telling them she had nothing. She even called them out for how they treated her, but they assured her the pat-down was policy. After several minutes of back and forth, Tommie pulled a big knife out of her jacket. In the clip’s caption, she continued to defend herself. writing, “Like GTFO bro and y’all know I’m injured.”
Tommie Lee had social media poppin’ OFF in December after sharing clips from her Jamaica trip. She told fans she couldn’t walk due to an injury. But then she dropped some cryptic posts on X (formerly Twitter) about seeing “the hatred clear as day” and then another post that read, “Domestic violence = Death.” She later posted hospital footage, revealing she needed surgery, but she remained quiet about what went down.
