As The Shade Room previously reported, on Monday, May 19, TMZ published a report asserting that Jackson requested the restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court. Furthermore, Jackson accused Burgin of attacking her on Mother’s Day. Burgin allegedly “grabbed Skai by her hair, slammed her head against a car window, and punched her in the face.” Per Jackson, the incident allegedly took place while she was holding their infant son.
Additionally, in 2024, Jackson says that “Burgin would abuse her on a weekly basis.” This reportedly included acts of choking, scratching, and slamming her into a wall. Additionally, Burgin is accused of damaging her personal property. Furthermore, when Jackson was pregnant, she says, Burgin ordered her to drink bleach. Additionally, he is accused of holding her at knifepoint and threatening to stab her stomach.
Per Jackson, Burgin allegedly owns multiple firearms. Therefore, she fears for her life.
On Monday, her request was reportedly temporarily granted, per the outlet. To note, her requests included having Burgin stay 100 yards away from her and her son. And for him to take a domestic violence treatment program. Per the outlet, Jackson would also like a legal child support agreement with Burgin.
Per TMZ, the pair’s next court hearing over the matter is scheduled for June 9.
